The short version: TimeCap has no accounts and no servers of our own. Your workouts and settings stay on your device. To keep the app free we show ads from Google AdMob, which collects some device data as described below.

1. Data that stays on your device

Your training log, settings (sounds, voice, theme, volume), saved setups and reminder times are stored only on your device. We never receive them. Uninstalling the app deletes them.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. Google may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location, device and app information, ad interactions and crash diagnostics. Google uses this to show ads, measure them and prevent fraud.

• Europe, UK and Switzerland: you are asked for consent before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice any time in Settings → Privacy choices.
• iPhone: you are asked for permission before your device's advertising identifier is used for tracking. You can change this in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
