1. Who provides the App
The FPDL app ("the App") and its web control panel are provided by FitResources (FZE), License No. 6626, Block B-B33-171, SRTIP, Sharjah, UAE ("FitResources"). By using the App you accept these terms.
2. What the App is
A tool that displays fixtures, live scores, results, tables and match information for the Fair Play Development League (FPDL), organized by Eagles Sports Academy, Dubai, UAE ("the League"), and lets the League's trainers, referees and office record squads and match events. FitResources does not organize, officiate or administer any competition.
3. The League is responsible for the competitions
All decisions about fixtures, results, eligibility, discipline, points and standings belong to the League. Results in the App are entered by the League's referees and staff and may be corrected by the League. Contact the League at [email protected] about any competition matter. Academies and teams take part in the FPDL under their own arrangements with the League. FitResources is not a party to those arrangements.
4. Signing in and access codes
You can use the App as a guest or sign in with an access code. Codes are issued by the League and remain its property. Keep your code confidential. You are responsible for activity under it. Do not share a code, use someone else's code, or try to access data you are not entitled to see. The League may deactivate a code at any time.
5. Player codes and children
A player code is intended for the player's parent or legal guardian. For players under 13, the code must be held and used by a parent or legal guardian.
6. Showing a player's name
Player names are hidden by default and shown as shirt numbers. A parent signed in with the player code can choose to show the child's full name. By confirming that choice you state that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and that you agree to the child's full name being visible to anyone using the App, including in live scores, match timelines, match alerts, top scorers and shared result cards. You can change this at any time in the App. The League may keep a name hidden regardless of that choice. The Privacy Policy explains this in full.
7. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful, offensive or misleading content. Do not upload a photo of anyone unless you have the right to do so. Do not interfere with the App, its servers or other users' data, and do not reverse-engineer or copy the App. Do not misuse results cards or other content shared from the App.
8. Content you add
You keep ownership of any photo you upload and give the League and FitResources a license to display it within the App. The League and FitResources may remove any content at their discretion. To report a photo or profile, email [email protected] or [email protected].
9. Availability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." Live scores depend on the referee's device having internet access at the venue. FitResources does not guarantee that information is complete, current or accurate, or that the App will be free of faults or interruptions.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, FitResources is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the App, from reliance on information in it, from the League's decisions or conduct, or from the actions of other users. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Privacy
How data is handled is described in the FPDL Privacy Policy at https://fit-resources.com/fpdl/privacy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Changes and termination
FitResources may update the App or these terms. We will post changes and update the date above. Material changes will be shown in the App. Continued use after a change means you accept it. FitResources or the League may withdraw access at any time.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the UAE as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, and the courts of Sharjah have jurisdiction.
